Places & Spaces

The Point Hope POA maintains a growing array of parks, playgrounds, trails and open spaces for the enjoyment of residents and visitors. To ensure that these amenities are safe, clean and enjoyable for all, please adhere to the Rules and Regulations that have been established for each space.

Doolittle Park

Opening Summer 2026, Point Hope’s exclusive recreational amenity for qualifying residential property owners was designed for both active living and relaxed gathering. This six-acre destination offers a variety of spaces for swimming, racquet sports, recreation and neighborly connection, including a Jr. Olympic competition pool, a resort-style family pool, a covered pavilion with restrooms, a gathering lawn, six pickleball courts, two tennis courts and two basketball half-courts. We ask that residents and their guests strictly follow the Doolittle Park Rules & Regulations when visiting Point Hope’s signature amenity.

Sanders House

Located in the Hopewell neighborhood, the Sanders House is a repurposed farmhouse that once belonged to a property caretaker. Today, it serves as a venue for small gatherings and private events hosted by Point Hope property owners. With its charming character and quiet setting, it provides a unique space for a wide variety of small events. All rental reservations may be submitted via the Sanders House Rental Application form and must adhere to the Sanders House Rental Policies.

Point Hope Community Garden

The Point Hope Community Garden, located on the grounds of the Sanders House, is an exclusive homeowner-only space where residents can grow fresh produce, connect with neighbors and learn more about sustainable gardening. The Garden features 12 raised planting beds, including two ADA-compliant beds designed to ensure accessibility for all gardeners. The 2026 Community Garden programing is managed in partnership with local gardening company, Rita’s Roots, which provides guidance, seasonal planting support, educational resources, and workshops throughout the year. Property owners who are interested in leasing a bed should review the Community Garden Rules & Regulations and Garden Bed Contract and then contact the POA office to inquire about availability.
