Property Owners’ Association
All property owners at Point Hope become members of the Point Hope Property Owners’ Association (POA), which serves to ensure that the unique vision and plan for Point Hope is maintained as development continues. The POA is responsible for the ongoing maintenance of Point Hope’s common areas (parks, trails, amenities and landscaping), administering the Design & Use Review Board (DRB) process, enforcing design guidelines and community standards and facilitating community events and communications.

Places & Spaces
Point Hope is home to a growing array of parks, playgrounds and open spaces designed to draw residents and visitors for both active and passive recreation. Neighborhoods here have been planned around an extensive trail network that connect neighborhoods, parks and amenities and provide scenic routes for walking and bicycling throughout the community.
